Affiliation Terms
TiI Ltd reserves the right to cancel any account for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: sites that promote the given software as "free" or "no cost" in their advertising methods, sites that attempt to de-fraud TiI Ltd or any of its associates in any way and sites that have grossly unproductive statistics. Under no circumstances are you allowed to promote this software at or linked to a site that promotes any type of illegal activity, if you are caught (and you will be) you will forfeit all monies due and your account terminated.
TiI Ltd reserves the right to cancel any offered program at any time without reason. Should this happen, all affiliates will be paid all earned revenue up to 3 days after notification or attempt of notification.
TiI Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses due to any server downtime, communication problems or any other problem that cannot be reasonably controlled by the owners and/or operators. Should we ever require access to your servers for any reason we will contact you to request temporary access, please take reasonable steps to backup your server files before issuing access as we accept no responsibility for accidental data loss or corruption of data during the installation process.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are strictly 45 days E.O.M (end of month) and are paid via International Bank Transfer on approx the 15th day of each month, this date may vary slightly due to holidays, bank transfers methods or other reasons. Payments under the £100.00 minimum payout threshhold will be rolled over by the accounts department to the next payment period.
Any type of unsolicited email or SPAM is strictly forbidden with no exceptions, if you spam our programs, you will lose any and all arguments pertaining to any such cases. SPAM or unsolicited email, newsgroup or any unsolicited internet advertising of our programs is strictly forbidden and you will forfeit all monies due and may be liable for any funds from the date the infraction was recognized.
TiI Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at ANY given time and it your responsibility to keep up to date by reviewing these terms on a regular basis. TiI Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions / policies at any given time, even during the case of litigation within our own discretion / reason.
You agree to not promote our software using false advertising, you may link to the software using such means as small graphics (thumbnails) text links or other ads as long as you do not state that the service is free in any way.
You agree to not hold TiI Ltd, its owners or any affiliates liable for any actions. You will be considered an affiliate webmaster and responsible for paying any relevant taxes and liabilities.
NOTE: WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SPAMMING. IF YOU SPAM, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM(S) WILL BE TERMINATED, YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM FUTURE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND ALL MONIES OTHERWISE DUE TO YOU WILL BE FORFEITED.
Payout
UK rates per credit for our programs:
0 - 999 credits purchased: 25 Percent
1,000 - 9,999 credits purchased: 30 Percent
10,000 or more credits purchased: 35 Percent
Note: These rates are subject to currency fluctuation and changes.
